You can add things like local weather, stock quotes, the latest news articles from dozens of resources, etc. Now, they have formatted it so that when your PDA accesses the site, it fits.
Just go to Google's home page and tap the "Sign In" link to either access or create your account. It is probably easier to configure it on the PC then sign in on the Pocket PC.
