SIX year, Ed. Laridian keeps absolute record in keeping their customers waiting for a new major version (I do not count minor bug fixes they released over time).
I have heard them talking about new version coming soon. That was over a year ago. Therefore, I am sure you will understand that I cannot share in your positive outlook. I will believe in the new version when I see it!
