The OCHM is a great little gem of a book and a fair few of us junior docs would have at least read it cover-to-cover at least - well most of it anyway :wink:
Some medical schools in the States have a 20% discount on Skyscape medical products - (add tax deduction on top) and it's not a bad deal.
The other alternative - which I personally prefer for quick reference would be the ever popular 5 Minute Clinical Consult (5MCC) which is also distributed by Skyscape.
I'm not sure how much of OCHM is strictly "evidence based" though.
