My KJAM is in the shop, but what is the current value of:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\StorageManager\]
"PNPUnloadDelay"
Try changing it to:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\StorageManager\]
"PNPUnloadDelay"="4096"
That seems to work on a non-HTC WM5 device for me.
