What do you exactly mean by that? Did the same problem occur with Resco too? I bet - TC is a very good, reliable and stable app. It won't mess up any storage card by itself.
Unfortunately, problems like this are pretty common. I wouldn't say it's because of a faulty card. For example, sometimes Pocket PC programs cause (temporal, seeming) card messups - for example,
Spb Imageer.
You may also want to reformat (and, at the same time,
optimize) your card. And, if these problems continue after reformatting it, swap the card/test your PDA with another card.
