Spb Pocket Plus? It's an excellent task manager, which actually provides all sorts of other functionalities as well. The other program is
WisBar Advance. You mentioned you tried WisBar, but I was assuming you meant the original one. WisBar Advance offers skinning support, and they also upgraded their program to support Pocket PC Phone Edition devices, so you may want to check it out.
