Hello, I'm brand new to this PocketPC stuff and I see all the different features by all the different companies, and I have no idea what I want. Money isn't going to be a deciding factor for me, but lets not get too crazy. I don't want some 2010 prototype. =)

Anyway, I WAS seriously considering a rx3115. My requirements do tend to be mostly media based, but I don't need a camera. But after reading a large amount of posts on this very forum, you all seem to dislike it!

My requirements/Wishes:
- Play mp3s & video, streaming Wi-Fi would be nice. (a la the IPAQ rx3115)

- It's goign to have to come with the windows pack (word excel yadda yadda) though I havn't found many that don't.

- I need the WiFi connection

- I need to be able to remotely control my desktop over the wi-fi connection. I know the IPAQ rxs have built in features for that, but I don't hear much about it for other PPCs.

- I also need a sharp screen for video/picture/PowerPoint. VGA would be nice, but I hear that can actually slow down the PPC. Are there PPCs that allow you to switch between modes? is this viable?

- I'd like to be able to play the games that are out there. I've seen some 3D screens for the Dell x50, are there any other PPCs that can do thoes? if not I'd like to be top of the line in that department with the next best thing. The 3115 only has a 300mhz processor, when others are in the 600mhz range. What are PPC games requiring these days?

- Lastly, that remote control feature of the IPAQ rxs just seems so handy, the IR port is there anyway, why not... Any other PPCs that have these? or are there software alternatives?
