I agree with the others in saying that you should see if it can be fixed first, before shelling out a wad of cash to get a new one.

However, if form factor is a big thing for you, the closest thing you'll find in the market at the moment resembling the h1940/h4150 style is Dell's Axim X50 or X50v. Most of HP's current offerings are more rectangular shaped (except for the hx2000 series which is a bit more rounded).
