Okay, I looked, and there are three free themes. The rest cost 95 cents or $1.95.
Personally, I don't find themes that are a big photograph of something very useful, because the busy light and dark contrasts in them make it difficult to read the information on my Today screen -- which is ultimately there for information's sake first, prettiness second. That's my biggest frustration in digging through user-created themes, that there's no thought given to legibility of the text overtop.
