It came up how it does when you first get it. Where you have to tap the screen in all for corners, then do that cut and paste appointment thing. I didnt have to charge it for it to turn on. I brought it into work an hour or so later and put it on the charger, the battery level was at 16% (after being on the charger for about 5 minutes).
