Aside from your PIM information (as RX115User points out), all of your applications will need to be reinstalled as the registry info from your old device can not be transferred to your new device.
I have over 30 third party apps loaded on my current device and it's really not that bad. Just make sure you do frequent backups to avoid having to reinstall again.
