It seems to be a common problem with all 2210 units. Mine did the same, just after the warranty timed out
This clearly shows it's made of pretty weak metal because my other PDA's didn't have this problem. For example, I've used my iPAQ 3660 as a portable MP3 player for a bit less than 2 years, and its headphone jack is still working OK.
