If that is the case, and in most cases, the problem may be able to be suppressed without the need of a hard reset. Nobody likes a hard-reset, especially if you have a bundle of software installed.
Therefore, I'd like to see if this problem can be solved without the need of a hard-reset, if possible. But if worst comes to worst, then a hard-reset may be the only solution. 8)
