Or, if you're Carly Fiorina, you take away the biometric security, inform customers that while the devices are upgradable you won't release the upgrade just to be a witch, remove the expansion capability, knock it down to 64MB of RAM, stick with the slower processor, jack up the price, end up with a dud. and kill a once-bleeding-edge company!
