As far as I am aware there are none in the world that use an active matrix OLED screen. There is I think one with a passive matrix sub screen there may be others with a passive matrix as the main screen, but none with active matrix.

Yes I know what you mean about touchscreens, but I think your missing the point. OLED's can theoretically be made on flexible material, thus offering more advanced touch based interaction.
