Depends on how cheap you are how much time you have and if you're willing to experiment.
What about those dongles you get with the combo PS/2 and USB mice? If the electrical connections and Male/Female polarity are right, you could combine it with a USB cigarette auto adapter and you might get power to a PS/2 connector.
