The 1.10 update adds the MS Adaptation Kit II and fixes some known problems (in particular, the SD initialisation issue).

In short, if their devices are not experiencing any problems, then I think you can leave it in the current 1.00.03 ROM version. If they are encountering problems, I'm sure it won't do much harm updating it to 1.10, just as long as you remember to follow HP's instructions otherwise you might get a few redundant 1940s from failed flash attempts (as some users of this forum have experienced).

I haven't experienced any major problems with the 1.10 ROM version and BT Manager runs faster under the new version, so it's up to you if you choose to update your customers' devices. If all else fails, you can always download the 1.00.03 ROM and revert back to the original.
