I had a chance to beiefly meet Derek at one of the early NorCal Pocket PC User Group meetings, I couldn't believe a prominent Microsoft employee would actually show up to one of our user group meetings and listen to us rant and ask questions about Pocket PC and MS Smartphone, that was really cool!
