Tanalasta,

First, thank you for your quick reply. I had tried your suggestion earlier, but had not replace all the prefixes in "dialing patterns" with the letter "G". I followed your suggestion, even did a soft reset after several tries of not getting it successful. Even adding the "G" to each of the slots: local, long distance and international, when I go to make a connection, an extra
"+0" is added to my local number. My am I bummed as I thought that you had hit on the solution, but I am still getting the additional +0, with all the settings set to "G".

I appreciate your help, any other ideas?
