My hagiwara (toshiba/sandisk OEM) 128MB card is noticeably slower than my previous 64 MB sandisk card. I don't know why exactly but it's clearly obvious. Sprite's pocketbackup takes longer to complete and copying large files like mp3's/photoalbums (either by RAM to SD or using activesync) is also slower.
Lastly installing programs takes almost forever. It also takes almost a minute before the add/remove programs dialogue screen comes up :P
