DUH! When I bought the 4155, the salesman didn't tell me I needed to buy a USB cable. And, in the picture in the book, I couldn't tell there was a cable in addition to the cradle plug/cord. So, the IS folks got me set up with a USB cable and it is working beautifully so far.
