Personally, I put my Toshiba e355 in the cradle as soon as I get home from work and leave it there until I'm ready to go to work. I've never had any battery problems before as I've noticed that it can last about 3 days with light use. From what I understand Lithium Ion batteries are very good and don't have problems like NiCad batteries do (keeping a memory, etc), but I could be wrong...
