You might want to look at
CASESonline as well. They make everything from slipcases to Executive size binders. I've got an eDesk binder in "Wall Street" leather and it is great. Be warned, though, that they are extremely slow. It took six weeks to get my binder. However, they followed the law and did not charge my credit card until it shipped, and it was worth the wait.
