I think that a 400 MHz X-scale is a little bit faster than the hp-568. However, this does not mean that the 1910 is half the speed of the 568 since the data bus is something like 100 MHz. I am running my 1910 at 100 MHz, not only to save battery, but also to see how fast a CPU one actually needs. Windows Media Player 8 runs WMA and MP3 files without problems at that speed. I sometimes wonder if Turbo Tray actually does underclock the CPU!
I assume that you do know that the SD-slot only supports memory cards and not SDIO pheripherals (modems, Wi-fi ...).
