Crystal: I am not using a screen protector, so that can't be the issue. Also, I did not purchase this PDA at all. It was given to me by my company to learn. I am the product specialist at our company and it's my job to know about all of the new products that we're going to be selling (PDAs, digital cameras, MP3 players, laptops, etc.). I had found it to be quite unusual to discover that this screen just stopped working altogether. When it did work, I would definitely recommend this product for sales in our store. Now I'm not so sure.
Janak: I just tried doing a soft reset on the PDA & that worked! Thanks for the advice. Now I can go back to playing with this awesome little PDA. :mrgreen:
