I don't understand what your problem is. What does "pull information" mean? Is it asking for user input, reading a data file, what?
What program is the
Tools menu in? Not every program has one.
The key to getting remote help on a problem is a
detailed description of the problem. Don't assume we know what you're using. Start with what programs you're using, where they're running from (memory, iPAQ File Store, memory card) and so on.
