Hmm... I don't know the E-125, but I just switched my iPaq 3850 (reflective screen) for the iPaq 1910 (transflective screen). The 1910's screen is amazing! Especially indoors - it's in a different league from my old 3850 (even though it was considered to have a good screen when it came out). So I had the chance of a side by side comparison.
BUT, due to the nature of reflective and transflective screens, the relective one will be better outdoors, the transflective better indoors. My 3850 was much clearer and more readable in bright sunlight, than my 1910. That was my experience, anyway. Guess you can't have the best of both worlds
