The 3635 is a Pocket PC 2000 device, so that wouldn't be a very good deal at $200, I don't think. However, when you throw in the PC Card Pack (worth $100 to $150) and the 2 GB Toshiba hard disk, that becomes a very good deal, I think.
You didn't give enough details to assess the extent of the deal, though. For example, you didn't say exactly which sleeve you were getting (I assumed the basic PC Card sleeve, but it could be the PC Card + sleeve or even the Dual PC Card sleeve), nor did you say which keyboard it had.
As I said, though, if everything is in good condition, that sounds like a very good deal.
