RepliGo only allows viewing the documents, correct? If so, this excerpt from your Web site is misleading:

Download RepliGo and experience the power and convenience of total access to your documents anywhere at any time.

I would define "total access" to my documents as the ability to modify them, not just view them.
Also, $40 ($50 when it's out of the introductory period) seems a bit steep for a document viewer. I would suggest following the Adobe Acrobat model -- give the viewer away for free and charge $50 (maybe more to compensate for the free viewers) for the PC-based components necessary to produce RepliGo files.
I realize that you're aiming this at corporate users, but your dream of sharing documents among co-workers will be difficult if the co-worker has to go buy a piece of software to view a document.
