Am I losing it? :?: I had them set to not activate if pressed when the unit was off, and now they turn it on when pressed. This of course causes the battery drain issue.
Anyone notice this? Has the disable function moved? Any hacks to set it to disable?

I have never noticed this capability. I just checked my 3870, and there doesn't seem room for it in the Power settings applet -- the internal and external battery indicators and the two time out settings take up the whole screen. There would need to be a tab to hold more information, and there isn't. (The 3900 series apparently has another tab, but that's for controlling how much stand-by power you want to reserve.)
I also checked the Buttons settings applet for this capability, and it isn't there, either.
I also checked an iPAQ 3650, and there isn't any button setting like that there, either. What iPAQ do you have? Have I been missing something?
