Wireless and Dialup
You can use a wireless network with a dialup connection. They make acces points that have built in modems (apple airport for example) or you can use Internet Connection Sharing in Windows. The second method is how I setup my home wireless network. We cannot get any kind of broadband here in the woods but I between myself and my brother who lives with me there are usually at least three computers that need to be connected to the net. The only trick is to disable DHCP on your access point and let the ICS pc provide the addresses. While I would definitly prefer broadband speed but it sure beats fighting over a phone line.
