TBH Palm at the moment have the worst PDA OS available, even M$' offering is better. Maybe in a year or so when the ex-Be engineers have had a chance to sort them out they will be in a position to try and compete with M$ and Symbian. At the moment I doubt anyone has seriously considered Palm as a viable OS as a smartphone.
