I'm no RSS/podcasting expert, but I definitely think it makes sense to have seperate feeds for audio and video...I can't think of any reason why you'd want to have them intermingled.
Though I suppose that if it's hard of the RSS spec to allow that, they the Zune software team should have followed it to the letter. RSS only works if everyone follows the spec.
