I went with the ST3750640AS. Can't report back on it's long term durability, but I fried the first one due to a driver bug with nForce SATA chips and iTunes. This one seems to be holding up just fine, though I haven't been streaming videos to any other PCs or Xbox 360s. That comes later this year.
