This sounds similar to Altair nano batteries. They have been working on nano tech based batteries for cars or heavy uses. The difference seems to be nano-silicon vs. nano-titanium. Let's hope that one of the companies will make this tech commercial and hopefully it will be Altair (I own some stocks
).
