Hey all,

The Zune pass was really great for a bit, downloading all I want for only $15 a month, but I can't really afford it anymore and am having trouble canceling my subscription.

This is what I get when I try.



well I tried putting a snapshot of the page above but guess it didn't work.

That's what I get. I see no support page for doing so.

Help!! Thanks folks, I appreciate any that can be given.
