Good idea on the Domke pads. I was using Domke wraps, but I like the idea of using the pads.
I've used my same Timbuk2 bag for 3 years now (daily) and with the exception of the fuzzy part of the Velcro being a little worn it's as good as day one.
I saw a TV show where they were profiled recently and they showed a line of luggage. My heart about stopped. I travel about 250K a year and a bag doesn't last me very long. I know if Timbuk2 produced luggage it would last me years. Sadly they aren't planning on releasing it at this time.
