Something in particular you don't like about it? I've been using it for a couple weeks and the Dash has become my spare. It's a great little device with a great display. The NEO interface is very nice to use and tweakable in ways just being found out (
http://www.modaco.com/category/320/H...no-MoDaCo-com/ ) It's a great phone for a tweaker, as well as a non-technical user. There are some design oversights though:
Scroll Wheel: Gets in the way more than it helps -- lots of accidental cursor movement. There's no way to shut it off, so unless someone figures out how to turn off the twirling function and make it a d-pad only, you have to deal with it.
Battery Life: Awful -- fine in standby or talking, but the minute you start using it with bluetooth, WiFi, or EDGE internet streaming, you're time becomes disappointingly limited. A second battery is a must-have for this device, and it should've shipped with one.
Screen Cover: A great screen, highly readable outdoors but covered with a low-grade, scratch-grabbing plastic which doubles as the phone's front surface. Should've been glass. I did find great screen cover for the Shadow:

Not perfect, but very nice...
