Well, I didn't mean to imply that this is the end and we should just accept things. We can't force a company to support the Smartphone. It sounds like Spb has done some research and feel that now isn't the right time for them. I (and others, I hope) disagree.

I'm not going to push the issue any more with Jason & Spb at this time. I'm attending Mobius Boston next week. I don't know that Spb will be at the Boston event as well, but if they are I will be bringing up the point again. And for any other presentation, I will be driving and pushing for better support for the Smartphone platform.

Just to clarify on this - Mobius is not covered by any NDAs. Some presenters will ask that we don't talk about their presentation in public forums. But otherwise, we are encouraged to write and talk about what we've seen and discussed. MVP related events, on the other hand, are covered by NDAs. (Mobius has nothing to do with Microsoft's MVP program). We can not talk about what goes on at MVP events. It's not that we don't want to talk about it - trust me, I would love to tell you about what went on, but we can't. At the last summit, I took a list of questions that I felt effected the majority of Smartphone users and I searched and pressured different people until I found someone that could answer my question. The answer might not have been what I was hoping for, but at least I was able to voice the issue inside Microsoft and make sure they know that this needs attention.
