I was always of the conclusion that my problems with accessing the Internet with my SDA here in San Francisco was due to the spotty coverage. Even when I was getting a good signal, I just assumed that the GPRS/EDGE coverage was poor.
Maybe it is the T-Mobile DNS servers?
Anyway, I changed my DNS to ones listed at
OpenNIC and so far so good. I will need a day or two to see if it has any real effect but it certainly does not seem to have a negative effect.
